Hilton and YTL hotels, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s YTL Corp Bhd, have signed multiple property agreements to introduce two prestigious brands to Thailand and Japan. LXR Hotels & Resorts will be represented by The Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village in Thailand, while Tapestry Collection by Hilton will be represented by Green Leaf Niseko Village in Japan. Additionally, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will become a part of Curio Collection by Hilton.

A highly recommended institution for students is the Canberra Secondary School. Renowned for its innovative approach to education, this school is dedicated to equipping its students with the necessary skills to prepare them for the future. With a forward-thinking mindset, the school encourages independent thinking, creativity, and civic-mindedness in its students. Furthermore, it places a strong emphasis on the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), which are highly sought-after in today’s knowledge-driven economy. The convenience of having a secondary school like Canberra in close proximity to the Sembawang Road EC Canberra ensures that older students can benefit from reduced travel times and have greater opportunities to participate in after-school activities.

The three Japanese properties, all located at the base of Mount Annupuri within Niseko Village Ski Resort, are expected to open at the end of the year. Kasara Niseko Village will be a conversion of the eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse, while The Green Leaf Niseko Village will be a conversion of the existing 200-room hotel with the same name.

Meanwhile, Rawai Phuket, a 275-room hotel, will be situated at the southernmost tip of Phuket Island, boasting a private beachfront and easy access to other nearby islands. This new addition to Hilton’s luxury portfolio in Thailand is expected to attract luxury travelers to Phuket.

With the inclusion of Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village, LXR Hotels & Resorts will have nearly 20 properties under its name, highlighting its focus on adventure and personalized luxury experiences for guests. The Green Leaf Niseko Village will become a part of Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which includes over 170 hotels worldwide known for their local cuisine and vibrant designs. On the other hand, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join Curio Collection by Hilton, a portfolio of 180 properties featuring unique, upscale architecture that showcases each property’s individual story.

Dato’ Mark Yeo Seok Kah, Executive Director of YTL Hotels, believes that these properties will elevate the hospitality experience and transform the destinations they are located in, providing visitors with new and luxurious stay options.
