Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific

In a recent development, Hilton and YTL Hotels, a subsidiary of YTL Corp Bhd in Malaysia, have signed multiple property agreements to introduce LXR Hotels & Resorts and Tapestry Collection by Hilton to Thailand and Japan respectively.

Under the agreement, The Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village in Japan will be added to LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, while Green Leaf Niseko Village will be joining the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Hinode Hills Niseko Village will become a new addition to the Curio Collection by Hilton. All three properties are set to open at the end of this year and are conversions of existing hospitality assets.

Situated at the base of Mount Annupuri, within Niseko Village Ski Resort, the Japanese properties offer easy access to world-renowned ski slopes. The 275-room Rawai Phuket, located on the southern tip of Phuket island, boasts a private beachfront and offers guests access to nearby islands, making it an attractive destination for luxury travellers.

With the addition of Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village, LXR Hotels & Resorts will now have a global portfolio of nearly 20 properties. These hotels epitomize the brand’s focus on adventure and promise a personalized and luxurious experience for guests. The Green Leaf Niseko Village will be part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which encompasses over 170 hotels worldwide, featuring a mix of local cuisine and vibrant design elements.

Moreover, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Curio Collection by Hilton, a collection of 180 properties globally, known for their unique architecture that showcases the individual story of each property. Dato’ Mark Yeo Seok Kah, executive director of YTL Hotels, expressed confidence that these new additions will enhance the tourism potential of their respective destinations and offer visitors a remarkable hospitality experience.

A significant aspect of the Master Plan is the improvement of the MRT network. We have seen the positive impact of this with the recent addition of the Canberra MRT station, situated between Sembawang and Yishun. This has already enhanced accessibility for residents in the vicinity. Moving ahead, further enhancements to the transport system are in the pipeline, such as increased bus services and the implementation of more pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. These upgrades will greatly benefit the residents of Sembawang Road EC, making it easier for them to navigate the neighbourhood and beyond, ultimately bringing more convenience and flexibility to their daily lives. For those interested in Sembawang Road EC Canberra, these improvements will surely add value to the overall living experience in the area.

These latest developments reflect Hilton’s commitment to expanding its luxury portfolio globally, providing travelers with more exceptional and diverse choices. With the addition of these new properties, Hilton continues to cement its position as a leading player in the luxury hospitality industry.
