Two residential deals near Shunfu Road top weekend’s sales
One Meyer has been named the top performer in the week of Aug 15 to 22, as it reached a new peak price of $3,146 psf with the sale of a two-bedroom unit on the 17th floor for $1.93 million. This marks the first time the development has crossed the $3,000 psf threshold, surpassing the previous high of $2,934 psf set in March 2023. The transaction was also the fourth resale deal at the 66-unit freehold condo, which is situated near Katong Park MRT Station. The second highest performer was Cairnhill Residences, which hit a new high of $2,710 psf when a 1,173 sq ft unit was sold for $3.18 million on Aug 22. This is 0.6% higher than the previous record of $2,693 psf, set last September. The 97-unit development, located on Cairnhill Circle, near Orchard Road, was completed in 2009. At the other end of the spectrum, CanningHill Piers set a new low of $2,491 psf when a 1,959 sq ft unit was sold for $4.88 million on Aug 17. This falls below the previous record of $2,541 psf, set in November 2021. The development, which comprises a 24-storey tower and a 48-storey residential tower linked by a sky bridge, has already seen 685 (98%) of its 696 units sold as of Sept 2.
