The unit was only the second recorded sale since the ultra-luxury project was launched last year, with the first sale being last May. The unit, which spans 7,761 sq ft, managed to fetch the record price of $47.34 million ($6,100 psf).Skywaters Residences is the 190-unit residential component of The Skywaters development, which is a redevelopment of the former AXA Tower in Tanjong Pagar.
