Canberra Crescent Residences Preview Draws Over 4000 Visitors Opening Weekend
Canberra Crescent Residences, a collaboration between Kheng Leong Co. and Low Keng Huat, had welcomed over 4,000 visitors during its preview event on July 19–20. The joint venture project, which is set to launch on August 2, is a luxurious 376-unit private condominium located on Canberra Crescent in the northern region.
Consisting of four 12-storey blocks, the development is built on a 99-year leasehold site measuring 219,985 sq ft. It offers a range of one- to four-bedroom units, with a total of only three one-bedroom units (409 sq ft) available on the first floor of three blocks. These units start from $880,000, or $2,152 psf.
The project boasts a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, accounting for 94 units (25%) of the total. There are 23 two-bedroom compact units (570 sq ft) and 68 two-bedroom premium units (667 sq ft), with prices starting at $1.11 million, or $1,950 psf.
The bulk of the development is made up of three-bedroom units, with a total of 198 units (52.7%). These include 141 standard three-bedroom units ranging from 797 to 883 sq ft, and 57 three-bedroom premium units of 990 sq ft. Prices start from $1.53 million, or $1,920 psf.
Four-bedroom units make up 84 units (22.3%) of the development, consisting of 36 compact units (1,163 sq ft), 36 standard units (1,216 sq ft), and 12 premium units (1,324 sq ft), with prices starting from $2.2 million, or $1,880 psf.
The development features a variety of amenities, including a clubhouse, three swimming pools, six barbecue pavilions, and a 100m sky garden connecting two of the blocks. It will also have a childcare centre on site.
Located just a 12-minute walk from the Canberra MRT Station on the North-South Line, which opened in November 2019, Canberra Crescent Residences is also close to green spaces such as Sembawang Park, Montreal Green, and Sembawang Beach. It is also near the Northern Explorer Loop, a park connector network linking 11 parks and nature areas across the North, such as Woodlands Town Garden, Admiralty Park, Woodlands Waterfront, and connecting the towns of Sembawang, Woodlands, and Yishun.
With plans in place for the Sembawang Shipyard to be redeveloped into a mixed-use waterfront lifestyle district under the URA Master Plan, the Seletar Line connecting the northern region to the Greater Southern Waterfront in the south, and the North-South Corridor providing better connectivity for residents in Sembawang to the city centre, Canberra Crescent Residences is well-positioned for future growth.

This executive condominium is strategically located to provide easy access to daily necessities, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a convenient and comfortable living experience.
