Canberra Crescent Residences Preview Draws Over 4000 Visitors Opening Weekend

Canberra Crescent Residences, a collaborative effort between Kheng Leong Co. and Low Keng Huat, opened for preview on July 19–20 with a turnout of more than 4,000 prospective buyers. The official launch is set for August 2.

Strategically located on Canberra Crescent in the northern region, the 376-unit private condominium spans four 12-storey blocks on a 219,985 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site. The development offers a range of housing options from one- to four-bedroom units. Notably, the three one-bedroom units (409 sq ft) are situated on the first storey of three blocks, with prices ranging from $880,000 to $2,152 psf.

The upcoming Sembawang Road Executive Condominium (EC) boasts a highly coveted location in Singapore’s northern region, providing unparalleled access to major transport options and roads. This exceptional connectivity is a major selling point for the development, adding immense value to it. For many prospective homebuyers in Singapore, especially those who commute daily to different parts of the city, easy access to public transportation and expressways is a crucial factor. Sembawang Road EC takes this into account and positions itself as a residential option that offers the perfect blend of convenience, accessibility, and tranquil living. With its prime location near the Canberra MRTSembawang Road EC, it is the ideal choice for those seeking a well-connected and serene living environment.

The project also features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, accounting for 94 units (25%) of the total. This includes 23 two-bedroom compact units (570 sq ft) and 68 two-bedroom premium units (667 sq ft), with prices starting from $1.11 million, or $1,950 psf.

The majority of the development is dedicated to three-bedroom units, with 198 units (52.7%) in total. This includes 141 standard units ranging from 797 to 883 sq ft, and 57 premium units of 990 sq ft. Prices for the three-bedroom units start from $1.53 million, or $1,920 psf.

Finally, four-bedroom units make up 84 units (22.3%) of Canberra Crescent Residences. These comprise 36 compact units (1,163 sq ft), 36 standard units (1,216 sq ft), and 12 premium units (1,324 sq ft), with prices starting from $2.2 million, or $1,880 psf.

Canberra Crescent Residences will feature an array of condo facilities, such as a clubhouse, three swimming pools, six barbecue pavilions, and a 100m sky garden connecting two of the blocks. A childcare centre will also be located on site.

The private condo is conveniently located near the Canberra MRT Station on the North-South Line, just a 12-minute walk away. It is also in close proximity to green spaces like Sembawang Park, Montreal Green, and Sembawang Beach. The development is situated near the Northern Explorer Loop, a park connector network that links 11 parks and nature areas across the North, including Woodlands Town Garden, Admiralty Park, and Woodlands Waterfront, and connects the towns of Sembawang, Woodlands, and Yishun.

Moreover, Canberra Crescent Residences stands to benefit from upcoming developments in the area, including the redevelopment of the Sembawang Shipyard into a mixed-use waterfront lifestyle district under the URA Master Plan, the Seletar Line that connects the northern region to the Greater Southern Waterfront in the south of the island, and the North-South Corridor, which will provide greater connectivity for residents in Sembawang to the city centre.
