Parc Clematis tops list of new psf-price highs during the week of July 11 to 18

Parc Clematis has made headlines by topping the list of private non-landed properties that have reached a new psf-price peak during the week of July 11 to 18. The development achieved a new high of $2,575 psf when a three-bedroom unit on the 19th floor was resold for $2.69 million on July 14.

This record-breaking price surpasses Parc Clematis’ previous high of $2,490 psf, set on June 9 when another three-bedroom unit on the sixth floor was sold for $2.6 million.

The transaction took place on July 18, with the three-bedroom unit on the third floor selling for $3.3 million, setting a new psf-price record of $2,453 for the development.
