Located on the former site of the Bukit Timah Fire Station – which opened in 1956 and remained in operation until 2005 – the site was later gazetted for conservation in 2019. In April 2024, the site was awarded to LHN Facilities Management, a subsidiary of LHN Group, through a tender by the Singapore Land Authority at a monthly rent of $68,889 for a five-year lease with a further option to renew for four years.
Spanning 92,334 sq ft, the mixed-use development offers 62 co-living units across seven blocks, 32 commercial units, a swimming pool, and community event spaces. The residences range from 100 sq ft to 190 sq ft and include single, twin, and queen bed types.

Additionally, a bold mural created by creative studio Mural Lingo adorns the tower next to the main building, paying homage to the Rail Corridor as well as the heritage of the old fire station.

Other eco-friendly features, including solar panels and energy-efficient fittings, were also incorporated to reduce the development’s carbon footprint.
