The interior of both houses boasts of elegant marble from Carrara, Italy, personally chosen by Andy Lim himself. The interior design, by Sojonohun, exudes timeless elegance and features high-quality fittings and finishes from brands such as Caesarstone, Hansgrohe, and Duravit.
The private living quarters, located on the second floor, are separate from the entertainment and guest areas on the first level. The attic contains the junior master suite and an ensuite bedroom with an outdoor balcony. In addition to the open-plan layouts, the project features energy-efficient water heaters powered by solar panels, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment while reducing overall energy consumption.
