Edgeprop Excellence Awards Celebrates Cdl Feo Jtc And Uol Designing Purpose And Heart
On Oct 16, 2025, the 9th EdgeProp Excellence Awards (EPEA) took place at Shangri-La Singapore to recognize and celebrate outstanding developments that are shaping the way Singaporeans live, work, and connect. City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group were crowned Top Developers, while City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation were named Top Sustainable Developers in the residential and non-residential categories. It was also the first year that a government agency, JTC Corporation, participated in the awards, showcasing the active role the government plays in shaping spaces for business and community.
The theme for this year’s EPEA was “From Spaces to Places,” highlighting the growing demand for purposeful and value-driven developments in a city where space is scarce. Projects that have transformed design into vibrant, community-focused spaces, such as Punggol Digital District by JTC Corporation, One Holland Village by Sekisui House, Sino Group, and Far East Organization, and Coliwoo Fire Station by LHN Facilities Management, were recognized for exemplifying this vision.

The EdgeProp Excellence Awards also introduced a new category this year – the “Excellence in Landmark Conservation” award – to celebrate developers who preserve Singapore’s iconic landmarks. The inaugural winner, The Golden Mile by Perennial Holdings and Far East Organization, was recognized for their dedication to safeguarding heritage for generations to come.
City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation were named Top Sustainable Developers for their dedication to environmentally responsible and future-ready projects. And finally, the Top Developer award was presented to City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group Limited for their exceptional contributions to shaping Singapore’s built environment. Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, was awarded the “Personality of the Year” accolade, reserved for an individual whose influence and contributions have left an indelible mark on the world of real estate development.
