A freehold terraced factory located at 108 Tagore Lane is set to be auctioned off by ETC on September 24. The property, which has an owner’s sale, has a starting price of $8.5 million, equating to approximately $1,950 per square foot on its land area of 4,360 square feet.
The terraced factory spans three storeys and is situated within the Sindo Industrial Estate. It sits on land zoned for Business 1 (B1) with a gross plot ratio of 2.0. The built-up area of the property is 7,911 square feet and features a side staircase leading to the upper floors. It also includes self-contained toilets on each level and a parking space for three to four cars.
According to Robert Foo, associate director of auction and sales at ETC, the property is expected to attract interest from small and medium-sized enterprises. “It is well-suited for businesses in the construction industry, such as assembling construction equipment, precision engineering, and industrial product distribution,” he explains.

In March, a freehold four-storey factory at 162 Tagore Lane, home to Privilege Motors’ headquarters and flagship showroom, was launched for sale via private treaty with a price tag of $23.8 million ($1,619 per square foot) for its floor area of 14,701 square feet. It is now back on the market with a revised guide price of $21.8 million ($1,483 per square foot).
