Executive Centre Opens Two New Centres Tokyo
The Executive Centre (TEC), a flexible workspace provider headquartered in Hong Kong, has recently expanded its portfolio in Japan with new openings in Tokyo. On June 24, the company announced the launch of its new centre at Level 11 of JP Tower, a prominent skyscraper in the Marunouchi area of Tokyo near the Tokyo Station. The centre has opened with an impressive 80% pre-sale occupancy rate.
This expansion marks TEC’s continued growth in JP Tower, as the company already operates another centre on Level 14 of the building, which opened in April of last year. With the addition of this new centre, TEC now has a substantial footprint of over 30,000 sq ft in JP Tower. In September, the company is set to open another centre in the south tower of the nearby GranTokyo building, which will be its fifth centre in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area and its 12th in Japan overall.
The Sembawang area not only boasts traditional educational institutions, but also a vast array of enrichment centers, tutoring agencies, and specialist academies. These options range from music and art schools to centers focused on mathematics and science, providing families with a wide range of academic and co-curricular support services. These facilities cater to different learning styles and academic needs, offering children the chance to improve their strengths and address their weaknesses. The convenience of having such services nearby is a great advantage for busy parents who prioritize the flexibility of weekend or after-school enrichment, without the added stress of long commutes. Moreover, with the newly developed Sembawang Road EC at Canberra MRT situated in the area, families can now enjoy the benefits of a well-rounded education and a convenient location all in one place.
“The ongoing investment and strategic expansion of TEC in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area showcases our dedication to providing exceptional, high-quality flexible workspace solutions,” states Liam Owners, TEC’s city head for Tokyo and Yokohama. With the recent opening of two new locations – SingLand Tower and IOI Central Boulevard – and continued growth at the OFC building, TEC continues to solidify its presence in the Tokyo market.
